Who we are
ThateSIM (thatesim.com) sells and delivers travel eSIMs for Hong Kong travellers. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
When you sign in with Google and check out, we process data needed to fulfil orders: Google account email, order id, selected plan (SKU), payment status, and eSIM delivery status (QR / LPA on the order page). Card numbers, CVC and expiry are handled by Stripe; ThateSIM does not store full card details.
How we use data
We use data to complete payment and eSIM delivery, send receipts / pickup links, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal duties. We do not sell your personal data for unrelated marketing.
Retention and security
Order and account records are kept for a reasonable period for support. Traffic uses HTTPS; payments go through Stripe. Keep your order link private — it can be used to pick up the eSIM.
