Service
ThateSIM sells travel data eSIMs (typically no voice/SMS). After you choose a plan, sign in with Google and pay via Stripe, the order page provides QR / LPA or one-tap install links. Coverage, speed and fair-use rules follow each plan’s description.
Compatibility and install
You must confirm your device supports eSIM and is unlocked. Install on Wi‑Fi before travel when possible; enable data roaming after arrival. Incompatibility or carrier lock is generally not a refund ground.
Pricing
Listed prices are primarily in HKD and may change with the catalog. The amount shown at checkout is binding for that purchase.
Refunds
Unused / uninstalled plans are often refundable; installed or activated plans generally are not. See the Refund policy page or email [email protected].
Limitation of liability
Local coverage, congestion or carrier outages may affect connectivity. To the extent allowed by law, ThateSIM’s liability for indirect loss is limited to the amount paid for that order.
